Cannot Login /SMF setup

So i went through the installation I installed in the same directory, even selected the user name form the list during setup. Seemed to go perfect looks great but it wont accept my login.
I have installed it 4 times now and spent way to much time trying to figure it out. HELP PLEASE!

Login will not work, i do not think login.php is referencing the correct user password from my SMF forum.

Updated the smf forum as well.. just stuck and frustrated.
